However, it’s normal for transactions to remain in a pending status for several minutes, particularly if the deposit process is not completed fully. In such cases, please allow additional time for the transaction to reach its final status.

Our system's algorithms seamlessly and instantly attempt to route transactions to alternative terminals based on accumulated knowledge. This helps ensure better approval rates by maximising opportunities through different processing routes.
